Many believe that we are living in the last days of human history. I concur with that estimation. But even if I am wrong about that, it is a given that everyone who hears this message is living in their last days. Even if you have another 50 or 60 years to live“ that span of time will be gone in just a moment (James 4:14 ). So we can all agree, that in the light of this truth, that none of us have anytime that we can afford to waste or squander.

This is true of everyone. But this is especially true to those who are called to minister as representatives of the Lord Jesus Christ. While it is true that all are called to minister, not all are called to leadership in ministry. My message today is to those who are called to leadership roles in the Body of Christ.

Beloved, we do not have anytime to waste. We must take advantage of every moment, capture every opportunity. To do this effectively, we must not work harder, we must work smarter. And the key to working smarter is not in doing more, it is perceiving more, but instead it is in encountering more. Encountering what? God.
